Waiakea girls basketball team improved to 3-0 in the BIIF on Monday night with an 86-8 victory at home against Pahoa.

The Daggers are 0-2.

Stevan Perrino, Isaiah Easley and Ka’alelekahaku Fernandez each scored as the Lions beat Kohala 4-1 in Kapaau to remain perfect four games into the season.

The Lions, who were playing on the road for the first time this season, also took advantage of an own goal.
